RFCTec is a performance automotive fabrication shop based in Archerfield QLD, specialising in precision TIG welding and custom metalwork for the performance scene.
Every project that leaves this workshop starts as raw material and an idea. No catalog parts, no bolt-on kits, no shortcuts. We design, cut, form, fit and TIG weld everything in-house using precision equipment. From engine and transmission swaps to full custom turbo kits, roll cages and chassis modifications — if you can imagine it, we can build it.
Every service is fully custom. We don't do production runs — we do one-at-a-time builds tailored to your vehicle and goals.

Intercooler upgrades with custom intercooler piping. Full bar and plate intercooler installs with custom pipe work.
Hand fabricated exhaust systems including complete custom turbo kits. Equal-length headers, manifolds and merged collectors.
Mini tub installs and chassis modifications. Structural reinforcement and custom chassis work for any build.
FIA/SFI spec cages, custom chassis, subframe design and full structural work.
Custom fuel tanks, catch cans and fuel system components. Hand fabricated for performance applications.
We discuss your vision, goals, budget and timeline. Bring us an idea or a full CAD file — we'll work with either.
We create detailed drawings, mockups and a materials list. You approve everything before a single piece is cut.
This is where the magic happens. Precision cutting, forming, fitting and welding. We send progress photos throughout.
Final fitment, finishing and quality check. Your parts are ready to install — or we handle the full install in-house.
